Abstract Submission

Notification will be provided by 2 April 2019.
You will be required to register by the presenter registration deadline of 31 May 2019.
A full paper is required if you wish to be considered for publication in the special issue of Accident Analysis and Prevention. Please prepare your full paper according to the ICSC2019 paper template and submit via the online submission portal, which will be open shortly. Full papers must be submitted by 15 May 2019.
Dedicated poster presentation sessions are included within the ICSC2019 program. Authors will deliver short presentations to conference delegates during the Poster Sessions on Tuesday 19 November 2019.
In addition, all posters (together with associated graphs and images) will be displayed electronically to all conference delegates at the Meet the Authors social event on Tuesday 19 November 2019. This will enable authors to meet delegates face-to-face to discuss their research. View the draft program for more information.
Journal Issue
Submission to AAP is only possible through an invitation received from the ICSC2019 Reviewing Committee. Notifications and feedback on all full papers will be provided by 5 July 2019.
Should you be invited to submit to AAP, a revised version and rebuttal must be submitted to the AAP guest editors, Narelle Haworth and Divera Twisk, by 15 October 2019.
Following a review of the revised version, the guest editors will invite the author to submit their full paper direct to AAP via its online portal, which opens on 21 November 2019, and closes on 15 December 2019.
Following submission to AAP, the paper will then be subject to the AAP’s regular peer-review procedure, and rejection could still be possible.

The ICSC2019 Reviewing Committee. Each paper will be assigned to two reviewers who have expertise in that research area.
NO, only abstracts will be made available to delegates via the conference USB. Full papers will NOT be published in any form as this could impede publication either in the special issue of AAP or another scientific journal. The full papers will only be seen by the selected reviewers of the Reviewing Committee, who will adhere to general review guidelines.
